I have now send the revised (and hopefully final) version of my PID tuning
paper to Journal of Process Control.

The title is: "Simple analytic rules for model reduction and PID controller
tuning"
which is slightly less modest than the title of the paper originally
presented at the AIChE Annual meeting, Reno, NV, USA, Nov. 2001:
``Probably the best simple PID tuning rules in the world''.
The latest (final) version is quite similar to the one from March 2002,
although a number of changes have been made.
