Abstract

We are concerned with the identification of static nonlinear mapsin a structured interconnected system. Structuralinformation is often neglected in nonlinear systemidentification methods. We take advantage of a priori structuralinformation and employ a nonparametric method of identification. We focus on the case where the linear part of theinterconnection is known and only the static nonlinear components requireidentification. We propose an identification algorithm andexplore its convergence properties.
