Systems and Process Control

Session 455 - Nonlinear Control Design, Analysis and Applications
The focus of this session is on recent advances in the design, analysis, selection and application of nonlinear control systems. It spans from theoretical studies addressing present challenges in nonlinear control to industrial real-time applications of nonlinear control. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: controller design for constrained and/or hybrid nonlinear systems, nonlinear control system selection, nonlinear model reduction, model identification for nonlinear control, control-relevant nonlinearity analysis, real-time nonlinear control implementation, linear vs. nonlinear control, and simple novel nonlinear methods.
