We are using single-cell arrays to immobilise single cells, and droplets that either contain in vitro transcription reactions or single cells. In the fabrication of single-cell arrays, we are using micro-contact printing to introduce spots that are used in depositing various chemicals to create arrays where cells or droplets adhere to.
