Agricultural and Industrial Metabolomics

Slideshow of lab images

Our group studies different biological systems utilising Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. We analyse food quality, determine the best ways to reutilise organic waste and study the metabolic profiles of different animals. In addition, we work in the structural characterisation of relevant biomedical proteins.
