Optimize_col_II.m: Main file for case study Ib (variable distillate price), uses col_obj_II to calculate J

Jvsxb.m: Used to plot J as function of Xb (produces figure 8a,b,c in Chapter 3)

col_constr.m and col_eqconstr.m are used to calculate constraint functions for all optimizations.

colamod.m is the underlying dynamic model, cola_lv adds LV control. 
All objective/constraint calculations are done by solving these for dx/dt=0.
