rsr_obj and reaseprec calculate objective function and constraint functions for optimization

rsr_plotstuff and make_output are used to get numbers on the screen

column, column_parameters and reactor contain model equations and parameters

param.mat contains some more parameters and un0.mat contains the initial point used for optimizations.
