Run the model by executing the RunReformer.m in Matlab

The results may be viewed by using the Reformer.xls file
(Some path names may have to be updated in the automation macros)

The linear specifications are defined in the

SSSpecs.m    in the simulation case
ReconSpecs.m in the data reconciliation case
OptSpecs.m   in the optimization case
