There are two files: G4.mat (contains the A,B,C and D matrix) and controllability_cola.m (the main file that generates the plots, frequency response, etc.) Please note that the program only uses the Control Toolbox in Matlab and that there are other (often easier) commands in the Mu- and Robust- Toolbox that you might want to try out.
