191c Patent Strategy in the Context of United States Patent Reformation

Arguably more change to the United States Patent System has been made and attempted in the last decade than at any other time in its history. From the case law regarding interpretation of claims to the statutes and rules, no more than ever, the US Patent System is the focus patent system reformers that include both legal scholars and business entities. A summary review of the most recent changes will be discussed followed by a detailed look at the more radical proposed changes in the context of anticipating future change for incorporation into an overall patent strategy for Managers, Product Designers, as well as how these changes may affect University/Industry Collaboration.
