In PostScript format

For A4 paper, in 300 dpi (dots per inch) or 600 dpi resolution.

If your printer can print twosided, you may wish to prepend the following two lines to the file before shipping it to the printer:
%!
statusdict begin true setduplexmode true settumble end

In DVI format

This file, for A5 paper, requires in addition to PostScript figures wchar-1.eps and wchar-2.eps. For that reason, the figures will be missing if you view this in a dvi viewer started autuomatically from your web browser.

To print on A4 paper like the above PostScript files, you may do as follows on a unix machine (if it has dvidvi and dvips):
dvidvi -m '2:0(-0mm,-0mm),1(148mm,0mm)' class-a5.dvi
dvips -t landscape
