Available as a DVI file (3 A5 pages) or as a Postscript file (2 A4 pages).
The PostScript file is in landscape format, containing two A5 pages per A4 page. Before sending it off to a printer capable of printing two-sided output, you may wish to prepend the following lines to it, to make the top of the text face the same way on both sides of the paper:
