Welcome to my home page!

I am a biologist, and my main interest are in the fields of behavioural ecology and evolutionary ecology. My activities so far have been both empirical and theoretical. My interests are diverse, but mostly relating to how individual behaviour affect the optimal behaviour of other individuals in the population. And how do the decisions affect the population as a whole?

I am currently at the Centre for Conservation Biology (Department of Biology, NTNU, Trondheim) working on my PhD, starting in January 2007 and finishing in December 2010. My project is about optimal foraging in a variable environment, and so far I have been working with Siberian Jays in Northern Sweden.

I am also collaborating with the LEED group led by Prof. Hanna Kokko in Helsinki.
