I am a PhD candidate at NTNU, working on my project entitled "Models and Numerical Methods for CO₂ Pipeline Transport". My work started in September 2010 and probably lasts till August 2013.

My main supervisor is Prof. Bernhard Müller at NTNU, and my co-supervisors are Dr. Svend Tollak Munkejord and Dr. Tore Flåtten at SINTEF Energy Research.

From January till August 2012 I will stay at ETH Zurich, collaborating with Prof. Patrick Jenny's group.

Objectives

The objectives of my PhD project may be summarized as:

Analyze wave velocities in two-phase flow models with different equilibrium assumptions
Develop and analyze a two-phase model with phase transition and proper wave velocities
Develop and analyze numerical methods for these models
