3D-DICΒΆ
To run a 3D-DIC analysis, the following need to be prepared:
- Two camera calibration files (*.ecc). One for each camera.
- Two mesh files (*.ecm). One for each camera.
- A 3D-DIC input file.
The following sections will describe how each of these files is generated.
- Calibrate Cameras for 3D-DIC
- Generating Mesh for 3D-DIC
- Getting started
- Generate mesh in View 1
- Modify mesh in View1 to fit the specimen
- Extend mesh from View/Camera 1 to View/Camera 2
- Mesh Extend Option 1: Make duplicate and modify manually
- Mesh Extend Option 2: Extend mesh using reference points
- Optimizing the mesh in View 2
- Multiscale coarse-search optimization
- Saving the meshes
- Make and Run 3D-DIC Input File
